The Mission of Rancho del Rey's School Counseling program is to support all students to reach their maximum potential through high academic achievement, social/emotional growth and over all well-being. Our counseling program promotes equity, access and success for all students and engages them to pursue academic rigor and resiliency. Our goal is that all students will be college and career ready and prepared to face the challenges of a 21st century competitive workforce. In partnership with administrators, teachers, parents and community members, the school counselors advocate to provide a safe environment which inspires a culture of acceptance and empowerment.
